- Saratoga
- We purchased this
property in November 1998 and completed in April 1999
- West Thirteenth
- Period Renovation
for the home owner to be kept as a rental and completed in December 1999
- West Seventh Historic
Victorian I
- Historic Victorian restoration
done for the home owner to be kept as a rental. Started in May 2000 and
completed in January 2001
- Buckner
- We purchased
this 1900's bungalow in January of 2001and completed in June 2001
- Hunter
- This project was done
for the home owner which included a Custom Kitchen and Trim
- West Seventh Historic II
- We purchased
this 1920's historic story and half home in October 2001 and completed
in June 2002
- Pine Grove Road
- This project was
done for the home owner. It consisted of renovating the entire main
floor. The home owner wanted WoW and that's what they got..
- West Third
- This project was
done for the home owner. Here we had the task of finishing out a second
floor attic into a master bedroom suite, while maintaining the historic
character.
- West Sixth Historic III
- We purchased this
historic property for resale in December 2004 and completed in August
2005
- West Sixth New
- We bought this lot
in the "Near Westside Neighborhood" September 2005 to Build a Period
Style house, it was finished August 2006
- Pickwick Place
- We bought Pick Wick
with the intention of sub-dividing the lot, renovating the original
house and building a new house. Instead we did an Extreme makeover.
- Summit Point
- We did this project for
the home owner, Bamboo Floors.
- East University
- We did this
project for the new home owner who was living on the west coast, Almost
all correspondence took place via the internet and the job was finished
when they arrived. It consisted of wall and ceiling restoration, 26 color paint
scheme and our own custom kitchen.
